Old Business:

Mike Romig reported that the pit expansion project is now expected to start in September.

Mike Romig reported that the game commission grant request is in Adam Eckley’s hands.

Ken Hall reported that the CMP affiliate paperwork has been submitted and he hopes to have it approved by the September 7th shoot.

New Business:

President Jaskiewicz reported that NRA recommendations for berm height is 10 feet.  Ours are less than that.  We should get quotes to have the berms raised.  Mike Romig will ask if the PA game commission grant would consider a grant request to do so.

Jim Cunningham reported that the small porta-pot we have is never used at its current location and should be moved.  We should also add a large, handicap accessible porta-pot by the big range. Since a large porta-pot goes for about $2000, we should apply for a grant for one.

Garry Marr reported that the All Hands Muster event was a success with 77 attendees. He asked to reserve the clubhouse for August 2 and 3, 2025 and also use Pit #6 on that Saturday for the next All Hands Muster event.  On a motion by Joyce Lingousky, seconded by Ken Hall, this use of club facilities was approved.

Jim Cunningham requested a date for the next clean up day.  After discussion it was decided that Sunday, October 13 will be Sight-In -Sunday and Saturday, October 5, 2024 will be the next clean-up/work day.
