Call to Order:
The January 18, 2024 meeting of the Mainville Sportsmen’s Club began at 7:00 p.m. with a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance. Twenty six members and guests were present.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
Secretary Lingousky read the minutes of the December 21, 2023 meeting. A motion was made by Gerry Von Blohn and seconded by Rod Bardo to approve the minutes as read. The motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer Felegie presented the treasurer’s report for January. A motion to approve the report as presented was made by Donna Romig, seconded by Mike Romig. The motion carried.
President’s Report:
President Jaskiewicz reported that the UPS for the gate computer is still out for repair or replacement depending on the results of diagnostics.
President Jaskiewicz reminded everyone that there will nominations for the offices of Secretary and Vice President at the February meeting.

Gerry Von Blohn reported that everything is set for the Club table at the Early Bird Expo.

Good and Welfare of the Club:
Donna Romig volunteered to bring pizza from OIP for the February meeting.
Gerry Von Blohn reminded everyone that the Friends of the NRA dinner will be April 12, 2024 at the Espy fire hall. Tickets are $50. There will be door prizes and a new all-you-can–eat menu.
