Call to Order:
The November 18, 2021 meeting of the Mainville Sportsmen’s Club was called to order by President Denny Jaskiewicz at 7:00 p.m., followed by a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance. Nineteen members and one guest were present.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
Secretary Lingousky read the minutes of the, October 21, 2021 meeting. A motion was made by Neal DeLuca and seconded by Rod Bardo to approve the minutes as read. The motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer Hunsinger reported all Club expenses and deposits since the October 21, 2021 meeting. A motion to approve the report was made by Brad Berlin and seconded by Mike Romig. The motion carried.
President’s Report:
President Jaskiewicz reported that Club jackets, T-shirts, and hats are now available for purchase. Price is $20 each or 2 for $35 and 3 for $50. Sight-in Sunday was a success with over 40 people attending.
Committee Reports:
Cowboy Committee reported 8 shooters.
Practical Pistol committee reported 7 shooters
Introduction of New Members:
There were no new member applications.
Old Business:
None.
New Business:
There was discussion regarding possible improvements to the club. The items discussed included the need for new stone to improve parking areas, creating an archery range area, and creating heavier duty backstops on the 300 yard range. Some ideas will have to wait for spring to address.
Good and Welfare of the Club:
For added safety, it was proposed that we add signs and light switches to turn on lights or possibly a strobe light that would indicate someone is going downrange and that all shooting must halt. President Jaskiewicz agreed to contact an electrician for a proposal to do the necessary additions.
Karen Hunsinger agreed to do the December dinner.

There being no further business to discuss, on a motion to adjourn by Jim Cunningham, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
